Ricardo is a Partner in the Early Stage team. Before joining Target Global, Ricardo built Loric Ventures where he invested in companies such as Revolut, Habito, Planradar, Maven Clinic, OTA Insight, and Zencargo. Prior to this, he was part of Seedcamp’s investment team as well as a Venture Partner for Cherry Ventures. Over the past 10 years, Ricardo has been an active angel investor and a founding investor of WeGotPOP (acquired by Entertainment Partners). He started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, where he spent almost 6 years focusing on M&A and corporate finance. Ricardo holds a PhD in Economics and Social Studies from Nürnberg-Erlangen and a Diploma in Economics from LMU Munich, Germany.
Ricardo has been an extra on a number of Hollywood feature films, including Star Wars, Bond and Wonder Woman and was always cast as a baddie.
Prior to joining Target Global, Elena spent 16 years working as a legal assistant in Baker & McKenzie, Macleod Dixon and Norton Rose Fulbright. Before that she worked at The British Council Center team in Moscow providing counselling about all aspects of British life and culture, supporting exhibitions and other events held in the British Council.
Elena holds a degree in History and Archives from Moscow State Humanity University.
Jorge previously worked as a senior consultant at Minsait, where he helped build its digital transformation practice. He started his career at Akuo Energy as an intern, after this he moved to Amazon where he was part of the founding team that launched the brand in Spain and Italy. Jorge holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI).
Jorge is a passionate fisherman, and enjoys spending time fishing across the northern coast of Spain during the summer months.
Inna used to work at Latham and Watkins and before that was Junior Associate at Burchills Advocates Bureau. She holds a Law degree from National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow.
Inna is a former coffee bar owner and certified barista who doesn’t drink coffee. She is an advocate for an active and healthy lifestyle, practices fasting and commits to a new health-related challenge every year.
Artyom is VP, Finance at Target Global. Before joining the team he worked in the finance department of Nokia, was an investment analyst at State Atomic Energy Corporation and an assistant to the deputy marketing director at RIA Novosti. He is an Economics and Finance graduate from the University of London.
Artyom is an enthusiastic outdoor camper and has been doing so for 13 years.
Olga graduated from Lancaster University and started her carreer in Vim Dicere as an Assistant to insolvancy trustee. From there she honed her experience at Connected Horizons Trading by supporting marketing research activities, where she was focusing on navigating regulatory requirements for distribution of financial products in the UK before joining Target Global Cyrpus office.
Olga is a movie fanatic and watching Netflix is one of her favourite pastimes.
Foteini joined the Target Global team in late 2019 when she lived in London, and now works remotely from her home town in Athens. She has a wealth of experience in finance having previously worked at ICE – Intercontinental Exchange, a multinational financial services company HQ in Atlanta, USA.Foteini holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
During her time in Scotland, where she enjoyed local culture, Foteini went rambling and took in the stunning view of the Highlands. She also used to the opportunity to partake in the different varieties of whiskey Scotland provided for her.
Clifton worked previously as an associate director for a Fiduciary, there he provided directorship services to (licensed) BVI and non-BVI companies and funds as well as heading a team of senior corporate administrators. Clifton is an expert in corporate governance and financial management with over half of his professional experience being in client-facing roles. Industry experience includes Harneys, Rawlinson & Hunter BVI and Bunzl plc.
Clifton lives in the British Virgin Islands, in his free time he likes to explore remote islands and beaches. He is a running fanatic with an ever growing trainer collection.
Anett has over ten years experience in administration within multiple organisations including time at financial services firms Kalrock and OTP Bank, alongside the Kultiplex Community Centre. Anett attended the University of Veszprém, gaining a degree in Tourism and Travel services and is also a graduate of King Sigismund Business School.
Anett acquired a boat license recently and is planning to spend more time on the sea. She loves everything space-related, from Star Trek to Professor Brian Cox. At the age of 23, she hosted a weekly radio show about culture.
Dmytro has extensive experience working for the Big 4 having worked with PwC in Kyiv, Ukraine and Nicosia, Cyprus. He began as an intern in 2016 while completing his Finance program in Kyiv Mohyla Academy. Besides focusing on tax and compliance tasks, Dmytro is also in the final stages of his ACCA qualification. Dmytro joined Target Global team in Cyprus and is responsible for investor onboarding.
Dmytro is an avid long-distance runner, and has accomplished several marathon distances including the Major in Berlin. He also enjoys handicrafts and cooking.
Elena graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in international relations. Prior to joining Target Global she worked in the tax department of EY as senior consultant in Moscow and Kazakhstan.
Elena speaks five languages including Russian, English, German, Czech and Spanish.
Prior to joining Target, Pascal used to work for IEG – Investment Banking Group focusing on M&A transactions in the internet and technology industry. Before this, Pascal gained professional experience in asset management and investment banking at Deutsche Bank and UBS in Frankfurt. Pascal holds a MSc in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Pascal had a semi-professional DJ career. The rest of the team is trying to convince him to play at a company event.
Yaron, who holds a MBA from INSEAD, France and a BSc in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, was a managing partner at Hasso Plattner Ventures ahead of joining Target Global. While at HPV, Yaron invested in companies such as Panaya (sold to Infosys), Fyber (sold to RNTS Media), Delivery Hero and many other leading companies in Berlin and Israel. Before that Yaron led the enterprise software practice at Giza Venture Capital where he invested in companies such as Soluto (sold to Asurion), Yadata (sold to Microsoft) and eGlue (sold to NICE Systems). He was an early stage investor at the Technion Incubator, and a co-founder and VP of business development at Excedo Technologies.
Katerina's previous experience involved working in corporate consulting in the law offices of Cleary Gottlieb and EPAM as well as working with blockchain for Waves Platform. At Target Global, Katerina provides legal support for primary and secondary deals and the structuring of various special projects.
A mountain climbing enthusiast, Katerina has reached the top of Elbrus and the base camp of Everest. Although afraid of heights, she learned how to be a paragliding pilot and took her first solo flight in Nepal. In her spare time Katerina enjoys different mindfulness, yoga and embodiment practices.
Irina started her career in KPMG where she was responsible for the audit of financial companies and joined Target after several promotions.
In her spare time, Irina enjoys travelling and playing board games. She also graduated from music school and plays piano and guitar.
A Finance graduate from the Russian University of Economics, Alexey started his carreer as an auditor at KPMG and moved to Credit Europe Bank before becoming Operations Officer at Target Global.
Alexey lives in Nicosia, Cyprus and enjoys going to concerts & music festivals.
Khalil used to be part of the product strategy team within Berlin-based challenger bank, N26 where he assessed the economic impact of new product initiatives and worked on inorganic investment opportunities. He started his career in Amsterdam within the Philips and then Signify (Philips Lighting) in-house M&A Teams working on deals covering healthcare, consumer lifestyle, and lighting. Khalil holds an MSc in Finance and Investments (cum laude) and a BSc in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
One of Khalil's screenplays ended up being shortlisted by the Academy Awards' Nicholl Fellowship. Rumour has it he's still searching for a producer...
Magdalena has extensive experience recruiting for multi-national organisations in Poland with a specific focus on finance & accounting roles in the BPO, financial services and shared services sectors, covering all levels from junior staff to managers/VPs. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to cooperate with large key players and helped them build a significant presence in the Polish market.
Magdalena loves to stay active and has taken this to the next level by becoming a certified BodyArt Instructor.
Katerina, a Philology and Economics graduate and began her career at DST Global where she gained a lot of experience on the operations side of a global investment business. This fuelled an interest in the industry and eventually led Katerina to Target Global.
Ekaterina participates in many outdoor sport activities such as kitesurfing, skydiving and skiing. She enjoys movies, reading and travelling to new destinations.
Patrick studied at the National University of Ireland Galway and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He then began his career at KPMG Ireland’s Financial Services Audit department, where he became a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, before moving to CrossCountry Consulting and later Target Global.
Patrick is an avid rugby fan and in recent years has taken up bee-keeping and bouldering as hobbies.
Alina has an audit background previously working in KPMG, where she picked up multiple skills and experience working with different industries. She then moved to a big corporate in the role of financial controller where she was able to get an in-house perspective. Looking for a fast moving environment, Alina joined Target as a Finance Analyst to oversee the reporting of our funds and entities.
Alina is passionate about psychology, enjoys historical books and has been a sports equestrian for the past eight years.
Prior to Target Global, Manuel was a Senior Associate at HQ Capital, a leading independent alternative investment manager where he was for 2.5 years and focused on PE finance and looking after investor queries, fee and transaction calculations, financial statements and audits. Prior to this, Manuel started his career at KPMG Frankfurt in 2011, where he was an Assistant Manager and primarily responsible for the corporate audits of industrial companies, trading and service companies and technology companies.
Manuel is a football fan and supports his favourite club Bayern Munich at the stadium on a regular basis.
Angela, a Business Administration graduate (majoring in accounts) from the European University Cyprus, began her career working at a leading global business service provider. In 2015, she became a member of ACCA and moved on to work with a global Fund and Corporate Services provider where she focused on accounting and the administration of a large number of international clientele. Angela joined Target Global as a member of the operations team.
Angela enjoys long walks on the beach and morning swimming.
Prior to Target Global, Karina worked at Ernst & Young for over 5 years focusing on international tax. Gaining substantial experience in individual taxation, currency control legislation and tax compliance, Karina decided to join Target Global office in Cyprus.
Karina's newest hobby is AeroStretching. Being a team player, she is also a very welcome guest at all parties as she always helps with cleaning up.
Anke formerly worked as CFO at Creathor Ventures, a pan-European venture capital firm investing in technology-oriented companies and entrepreneurs. Starting her career in venture capital right after university in 2009, Anke worked her way up through the various positions in a fund. She studied at Universidad Autónoma in Madrid and Goethe University, Frankfurt and holds a diploma in Business Administration. She passed level I and II of the CFA exam and is a mentor at Goethe Unibator as well as at Metro Accelerator powered by Techstars.
Prior to Target Global, Marina spent over 3 years as a finance specialist at HQ Capital. She started and spent most of her career at KPMG and PwC, working across various areas of tax, audit, corporate finance and accounting advisory.
Marina was a competitive sport dancer, she is married and has a daughter.
Artem has re-joined Target Global after spending a year at Inventure Partners where he worked as an investment associate. Prior to that, he was an analyst at Target Global, this followed a move from BCG. Artem has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Risk Management and Insurance. Artem is responsible for working with fintechs in our portfolio and growing them into large and successful businesses.
Artem is passionate about economic empowerment and education. He is also interested in politics, science and technology.
Before Target Global, Ben spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs across the firm’s London, New York and Tel Aviv offices where he covered numerous high-profile M&A transactions, capital raises and institutional investments across tech and mobility sectors. Ben helped pioneer global coverage of next generation mobility and auto tech, working both as an advisor and investor with leading strategic players and startups in the field. He has also been an active angel investor in over a dozen startups across a number of segments, including mobility, logistics, marketplaces and software. His portfolio companies have gone on to raise several hundred million dollars from top tier VC funds. Ben holds a BSc degree (First Class Honours) in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
Albert, an LLM graduate from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, joined Target Global in the capacity of Legal Counsel following internships and traineeships at Hogan Lovells and Latham and Watkins respectively.
Albert is a two-time winner of the President's Young Talent Award. He climbed mount Elbrus without any preparation, he enjoys winter swimming and has a keen interest in neuroscience and neuro-optimisation techniques.
Dana worked as a project manager at the Digital Israeli Bureau, a government initiative that strives to harness the opportunities that the digital revolution, technological advancement and media offers. She was one of the founders of The National Digital Learning Initiative, which focused on regulation, technology, strategic relationships with government ministries, NGOs and the private sector. She began her career as a data analyst at the Israel Democracy Institute in Jerusalem and was a researcher for the annual Israeli Democracy Index. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Political Science and Government and the other in Statistics and Operations Research, both from the Hebrew University.
Dana used to be an actress in her youth, and participated in a few Israeli series.
Dr Gerhard Cromme was chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens and Thyssen Krupp as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of numerous corporates in Germany and France, such as Allianz, Eon and Volkswagen, as well as BNP Paribas and Saint Gobain. Today, he shares his insights and experience with the Target Global team and as a chairman of the Supervisory Board of our portfolio company Auto1. Gerhard Cromme is also chairman of the Advisory Board of Aroundtown, one of the largest stock listed real estate companies in Europe.
Gilad was previously VP for strategic alliances at Elastifile (acquired by Google). Before that he was at Anobit Technologies (acquired by Apple), where he was the VP for business development and co-manager of the SSD business unit. Before Anobit, Gilad was a business development director at M-Systems (acquired by SanDisk). He is also a board member at Plessey Semiconductors and an active angel investor in more than 10 companies, several of which were acquired. Gilad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat.

Alex founded his first business (Quant Trading) as a teenager. A degree in Economics from LSE followed before he took the role of portfolio manager in Troika Dialog, a leading Russian investment bank.
In 2012, Alex founded Target Global and has served as its CEO since. Alex's investment are in B2C business, primarily in digital health and education. In this capacity, he serves on the boards of Flo, Palta, DocPlanner, and several other companies.
Alex was a professional alpine skier and today enjoys participating in triathlons, hiking, kite surfing, and several other sports.
Simon received his B.Eng in Marine Engineering from Newcastle University, after some time as a freelance web design consultant and helping to build a super yacht in New Zealand he moved into Finance. His 20 years experience includes studying law and senior roles in administration, operations, IT as well as a secondment to New York as an accountant. He has always had a leaning towards technology which led him to lead the Investran product at State Street before joining Triton Partners as Head of Finance IT. He joined HQ Capital in Frankfurt in 2017 as Director, Digital Strategy and Operations before founding his own consulting firm in 2019 where he also worked in a start up focused on a personal data hub and digital identity platform before joining Target Global.
Simon enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and triathlon.
Vasiliki is ACA qualified with bachelor’s degree in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business. Qualified with Baker Tilly Cyprus as an ACA in 2009 and since January 2010 is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. Effective from March 2020 is a Fellow of ICAEW. Vasiliki previously worked at Emergo Wealth as Chief Financial Officer, The Abraaj Group as a Corporate Affairs Manager and Alter Domus focusing on day-to-day management.
Vasiliki's newest passion is horse riding.
Arthur achieved his BSc in Economics from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow in 2019. He joined Target Global as an intern a year before graduation, and currently works at the company as a senior analyst, strategic projects. Arthur’s investment lie in the Fintech and Crypto industries. He has been involved in notable Target Global investments for portfolio companies such as Rapyd, Copper, Mercuryo, Finom and several others.
Josh has had a deep fascination and passion for technology all his life. His career in consulting includes working at Accenture, London Strategic Consulting and TempoCap, where he advised blue-chip clients in the banking and pharmaceutical industries on the strategic value of artificial intelligence in day-to-day operations. In 2021, driven by the desire to work with exciting young companies, Joshua joined Target Global as an active member of the growth investment team. Josh’s investment are in Web 3.0, the Metaverse, eCommerce and Fintech. He received his BSc in IT/CS from the University of Southampton and his MSc from the London School of Economics.
Josh enjoys riding American quarter horses - a breed of horses that excel in sprinting short distances, while in his spare time he can be found beatboxing and singing karaoke.
Nataly graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2007 and went on to work in the fiduciary services sector whereby she gained extensive experience in the corporate services as well as the Trust related sector. She then went on to set up a MENA desk where she travelled across the middle east to promote various services including but not limited to property related matters. Nataly’s interests are food blogging, baking and travelling. She also enjoys really swimming. She is currently looking to get a Labrador – her dream dog.
Prior to Target Global, Bao-Y worked for Morgan Stanley’s mergers & acquisitions team in London and Sydney, advising corporates in the TMT/financial institutions and industrial sector. Bao-Y started her career in Germany, working for Postbank before moving to London. Bao-Y holds an M.Sc Finance from Imperial College London and a B.Sc in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Bao-Y enjoys spending time at the gym. She is also a huge roller coaster enthusiast (she's ridden more than 15 roller coasters and counting), and is not deterred, even by inclement weather.
Before working with Target Global, Franco worked at tyntec, BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley. A highly numerate financial service professional with a strong financial reporting background, Franco has experience in both preparation and oversight of financial statements for mutual and hedge funds under US GAAP, UK GAAP(SORP) and IFRS.
Tamara was a former German tax desk manager at Ernst & Young in New York. She holds a Master of Laws from JurGrad WWU Muenster and a BA in Accounting, Taxation and Tax Law from Duale Hochschule Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Tamara is passionate about wine-making and her secret dream is to own a vineyard in Italy or Spain.
Prior to joining Target Global, Andrey worked at a BIG4 firm, where he focused on a wide range of complex tax topics, including M&A deals, joint ventures, setting up investment funds, and various financial and capital markets transactions. Andrey holds a Master’s degree in Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
Andrey’s passion is Wagner’s operas and snooker. Andrey devotes his free time to outdoor activities, sports and reading.
Mike is focused on investments in Fintech, as well as overall management of the firm. He is responsible for Target's investments in Rapyd, Copper, Cryptofacilities, Mercuryo, Finom, 3Commas and others. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from London School of Economics and won Russian state competitions in economics and entrepreneurship twice.
Mike is passionate about history which led to Target Global creating a series of books on the history of Russian entrepreneurship pre-1917.
Prior to joining Target Global, Alex was a project manager at RVC and a business development manager for Russian Quantum Center, where he successfully launched several spin-offs in the field of quantum physics. Alex holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). Alex is a member of the MIPT Physicists' Days organising committee.
Alex climbed two out of the seven highest peaks on the Seven Continents (aka Seven Summits). Everyone in the company calls him "AP".
Prior to Target Global, Heiko was COO at HQ Capital Private Equity in Frankfurt and Managing Director at BatchOne GmbH. Before that Heiko was a Partner at Triton Partners. Heiko holds a BSc Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Fulda.
Heiko is passionate about mathematics. He is inspired by the book Fermat’s Last Theorem which is about the most notorious mathematical problem that has been unsolved for over 350 years. In his spare time, he loves to travel and discover nature and different cultures by bicycle.
Victoria studied at London Business School and the University of Maryland. Before joining Target Global, she was manager at the Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute, evaluating and supporting start-ups in deep and clean-tech through the Chesapeake Bay Seed Capital Fund. Victoria also spent time as an associate at 60 Decibels, conducting market research and evaluation for impact investors.
Victoria has lived on four continents and counts learning languages as a favourite past-time. You are welcome to test Victoria's Spanish or German! In her free time, Victoria loves discussing competitive reality TV shows and even played in two seasons of her university student-run game.
At Target Global, Kirill focuses on Mobility and Fintech, developing business and partnerships in the relevant ecosystems across Europe and Israel. Kirill has been working in the financial services industry since 2005. Before joining Target Global, Kirill worked at the leading Russian investment banks – Renaissance Capital, Troika Dialog, and Deutsche Bank. There, he was responsible for managing clients’ portfolios on international capital markets and securities trading. Kirill is a Harvard Business School Alumni and holds a Master’s degree from Higher School of Economics, Moscow.
Being a lover of good food and socialising, Kirill transformed his hobby into a restaurant, a successful venture as it was included in the 2022 Michelin Guide Moscow.
Kirill obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Manchester. While studying at the university, Kirill worked as a legal intern in a family office where he provided legal assistance to UHNW clients in connection with various private equity projects in London and then moved to Oracle Capoital Group prior to joining Target Global.
Kirill is passionate about mixed martial arts and does not miss any of the MMA events during the weekends. He is also a 5th generation Siberian, meaning that Kirill can easily survive under temperatures below - 40 °C.
Prior to joining Target Global, Dom worked across product & finance in a variety of roles. He was an operations manager & product owner at Revolut where he led the anti-fraud technology & data science teams. He has additionally advised startups & large corporates in the fintech & data privacy spaces with product design & launch. Dom initially started his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London focusing on M&A in consumer & retail across Europe. He holds master's degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge and Computer Science from Imperial College London.
Emma covers FinTech and crypto at Target Global. Originally from Shanghai, Emma has lived and worked in different parts of the world. She previously worked at Alibaba Group in investments in Shanghai and spent time at Softbank Vision Fund in London, Fidelity Investments in Toronto and Ryan Labs Asset Management in New York. Emma holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and studied economics and math at New York University. Emma loves food and arts and is keen to master freediving so she can go spearfishing. She also has ambitions for her toy golden doodle, Hart, to be Target’s canine intern.
Katya is a finance lawyer specialising in asset finance, pre-export finance, syndicated lending and general corporate loans. Her experience includes Chief Specialist on the Corporate and M&A department of Renova, Clifford Chance LLP and BNP Paribas Suisse. Katya holds a Law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University,
Katya is a competitive reader, a gourmand and a keen biohacker.
Prior to joining Target, Pedro's previous was a Senior Vice President at MVision, where he managed global fundraising for leading European private equity funds. Prior to that Pedro was at Hamilton Lane, managing sourcing, due diligence, execution of fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries on a global basis. Pedro started his career at the venture capital team of FINEP, the Brazilian innovation agency.
Pedro is a secret gaming fanatic - he spent 3 months gaming professionally before completing his MBA.
Prior to Target Global, Lina spent 3 years as an investor at Hasso Plattner Ventures. She focused on European companies in the Software and Consumer sectors, and worked with companies ReBuy, GoEuro, iZettle and Hansoft et al. Prior to that, Lina founded Luster, a mobile first commerce platform for local boutiques to sell digitally. The company was sold to Quartier Delux, a mid to high end fashion ecommerce business. Prior to that she was a cofounder of DealKeren, a coupon platform in Indonesia which was acquired by Living Social. She holds a Masters in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU School of Management, and a BA in Philosophy Law and Society from the University of California Riverside.
In her spare time, Lina reads (mainly science fiction and philosophy), advises founders, and is passionate about the arts and emerging artists/musicians.
Varvara studied at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and Lyceum of Linguistics and Economics. From there she went to Ernst and Young Global Consulting Services in the People Advisory Services -Private Client Services- before moving over to Target Global.
Varvara is a professional archer, becoming a member of Russian national team several times.
Mary is an experienced Operations specialist who worked at Bank of Cyprus for over 21 years and moved to one of the leading banks in Cyprus - Eurobank back in 2016 where she was in charge of payments and customer service. In 2021 she started working as back office specialist at Target Global.
She enjoys making jewelry in her free time and spending time with her friends.
Arthur is a seasoned professional that has a track record of over 10 years at Target Global. Before joining Target, Arthur was an asset manager at Prime Mark Financial Group. Arthur holds a MSc in Finance from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and a BSc in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow.
Prior to joining Target Global, Shmuel was a partner at Hasso Plattner Ventures where he invested in companies such as iZettle and Hansoft and served as a board member on DreamLines and reBuy. Before that, Shmuel was a partner at Giza Venture Capital in Tel Aviv where he invested in companies such as Soluto (sold to Asurion), Vishal.ly and other early stage businesses. Together with Giza, Shmuel founded GPV, a pioneering Warsaw based venture fund where he led the software investment activities.
Shmuel was also co-founder of LocaLoco (sold to Say Media Group ) a social gaming start-up targeting emerging markets. Shmuel started his career as strategic consultant to GCS and a consultant for several members of the Israeli parliament and government.
Prior to joining Target Global, Felix worked as business strategy and operations manager for Deliveroo. He started his career at Rocket Internet where he worked on ventures in Europe and Asia. Felix holds a MBA from INSEAD, a Msc from IE Business School and a BSc from ESB Reutlingen.
Felix mitigates his love for food with endurance sports such as cycling, running, and ski-touring.
Dessy studied at Brighton College before going to MIT to focus on innovation in the financial industry brought by Blockchain, artificial intelligence, cloud computing. She has a Bachelor's Degree from City University London. She has held previous roles at Altice Capital LLP, Grant Thornton LLP, Monument Group, and a Private Family Office before joining Target Global.
Peter previously worked with leading global healthcare company, Johnson & Johnson, in multiple functions. He was responsible for establishing a joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as managing the distribution network across the Middle East. Before that, Peter successfully restructured and sold a manufacturing company for an Austrian industrial group and advised European SMEs on procurement in China through his consulting company in Hong Kong. Peter started his career as an assistant to the CEO of a stock-listed smart-mobility solutions company in Germany. He holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) as well as an MBA from London Business School.
He has lived in Europe, Asia, the U.S. and the Middle East and has traveled to 50+ countries and used to run his own company in Hong Kong. He has a passion for slalom water skiing on the Italian lakes in the summer and alpine skiing in the winter.
Anna is a graduate of the Moscow State University of Tourism and Service. Following several years of administratvie experience in the travel and business administration side, including Verno Capital, DOO Zeus and Wimm-Bill Dann Food OJSC, Anna now works for Target Global in the capacity of an executive assistant.
Anna has recently became a Felinologist & Maine Coon breeder. She has travelled extensively and spent a number of years living in Italy, USA, UK, Montenegro & France. Her musical tastes run to hard rock and she's a Formula 1 fan.
Florian is an investment analyst, primarily focusing on mobility/logistics startups in Europe and Israel. Before Target Global, he completed several internships in venture capital (Earlybird Venture Capital), asset management (J.P. Morgan) and data analytics (Ubiqum). Florian holds a BSc in Management and Finance from Warwick University.
Florian is a history enthusiast (geek), 24/7 friend, avid traveller, weekend cocktail mixer, späti-hopper and Sunday afternoon runner.
